Did you know that Education Support is a sector in the Community Services industry?
Shalom College in Bundaberg have commenced an fantastic program in 2021 with the introduction of the Trainee Gap Year Student Program. Fifteen 2020 graduates will spend their gap year working in the classroom providing teacher aide assistance to junior students, while completing the Certificate III in Education Support. The skills and knowledge that this group of young people will gain from the hands-on experience combined with the competencies gained from the Certificate III in Education Support are invaluable tools to equip them for the next step of their future career pathway.
